The usual process is :

1. You send us your request specifying the type of product, quantity, place and date of delivery.
2. We send you a quote as soon as possible.
3. Upon acceptance of the offer, we proceed to manufacture a sample.
4. Upon validation of the sample, we are launching the production and perform quality controls before shipment.
